Brattleboro Area Hospice is sponsoring the Cherished Goods Auction on Saturday, November 2nd from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the VFW hall on Black Mountain Road in Brattleboro. In addition to jewelry, paintings, china, glassware, decorative items, furniture, exciting get- aways and gift certificates, a unique touch for the Cherished Goods Auction this year is a selection of mirrors that have been refurbished, hand-painted, and otherwise embellished by local artists.
The Cherished Goods Auction promises to be a festive evening. Both silent and live auctions will take place while guests enjoy beverages and hors d’oeuvres and mingle with their friends and neighbors who come out for this special event. All proceeds directly support the hospice care and bereavement services that are provided free of charge in our community.
