**Prerequisites: A personal interview with instructor regarding your interest, the desire to facilitate Advance Care Planning, completion of Taking Steps reading assignments prior to March 15.

Taking Steps Brattleboro is a program of Brattleboro Area Hospice that provides trained volunteers to help you understand the process, map out individual steps, and get this vital task completed.
